The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) carried out an investigation following an incident at British Airways Maintenance Cardiff Ltd on 10th November 2019. The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure was fined $125,000 in 2020 after a 64-year-old worker died, however a coroner's inquest into the death of the man has been set for next month - November 8 to 10 at Burton Law Courts.
