Inspection Accessories - Workplace Inspection Checklists

Good to Go Safety has 3 main components:

Status tag:This universal tag can be fitted to all types of workplace equipment. Highly visible, durable and weather resistant, it is suitable for both internal and external use. The status tag will always display a “Do Not Use” message until a completed checklist has been inserted, at which time the clear acrylic window will then display the equipment status based on the findings of the inspection check. This lets employees know if and when it is Good to Go.

Inspection Check Books:The inspection books contains 25 individual checklists, relating to the workplace equipment needing inspected. Each book includes guidance notes of what the inspector is looking for and a detailed list of inspection checks to tick through. A duplicate carbon copy of each completed checklist is retained inside the book whilst the top copy is removed, folded and inserted inside the status tag. This will then display either a “Do Not Use” or “Good to Go” message for all employees to see, along with the date of inspection.

Tamper Evident Seal:These seals can be used to secure the status tag once a inspection checklist has been inserted. If the tamper evident seal is missing then a new inspection checklist should be completed. Using these seals helps to ensure that the correct status is shown at all times.

Additional accessories:

Wallet and Pen: A handy flip wallet that not only provides additional protection to your checkbook from the elements, but also gives inspectors a solid writing surface to complete inspections with ease. The highly visible yellow PVC ensures maximum visibility and the handy guidance notes ensure your employees are reminded of key features on how to use the Good to Go Safety system.

Information Station: The information station provides workers with the ideal location to keep their inspection check books organised and to hand. With five clear acrylic inspection book holders, you'll be able to store / display up to 50 inspection check books on the Good to Go Safety's information station. The station is manufactured from sturdy 10mm pvc foam which is easily drilled for wall mounting and provides key features and guidance on how to use the Good to Go Safety System.

Weather Resistant Document Holder: Keep your equipment inspections and manuals clean and dry with our industrial strength document pockets. Ideal for Forklifts, Excavators, Scaffolding, Telehandlers, Tractors or any other equipment type used outdoors where additional protection against inclement weather is required.

Check Book Dispenser: Provide workers with the ideal solution to keep their inspection check books organised and to hand. The inspection dispenser allows easy recognition of inspection check book stock levels and can hold up to ten individual books. The dispenser can also be wall mounted (pre-drilled) so you can fit it in the perfect central location, acting as an additional visual reminder for all your employees.
