Enhance warehouse safety with our pallet racking safety poster, designed to clearly illustrate the essential components of pallet racking systems and emphasise the importance of completing regular racking inspections. This poster acts as a visual cue to warehouse staff, reminding them to perform pre-use and routine inspections to ensure racking remains safe and structurally sound. It complements the Good to Go Safety racking inspection system, guiding operators on what to look for and reinforcing the checks included in the inspection checklists.

Manufactured from durable, wipe-clean synthetic paper, this poster is built to withstand the demands of busy warehouse environments. It is suitable for both internal and semi-exposed storage areas and will remain in excellent condition even in high-traffic or challenging conditions. The flexible material allows the poster to be rolled for easy storage and transport, while remaining resistant to tearing, delamination, or fading. It can be displayed using pins, adhesive, tape, or framed for maximum visibility.

The poster provides a clear, easy-to-understand visual reference that helps warehouse operatives quickly identify critical areas of the racking to inspect, including upright frames, horizontal beams, cross-braces, and load-bearing components. By highlighting these key elements, the poster encourages proactive maintenance and helps prevent accidents caused by damaged or overloaded racking, thereby reducing downtime and costly repairs.

Perfect for warehouses, distribution centres, and storage facilities, this racking safety poster is an ideal addition to any racking maintenance or management program. It works alongside inspection checklists and status tags to create a comprehensive safety culture, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and the standards required for safe operation.

Dimensions: 420 x 594mm (A2)

This poster states:
Any racking collapse, regardless of severity, has the potential to kill. Damaged or unsafe racking presents a significant risk. Its potential for failure can have an enormous impact on a warehousing operation, with potential loss of product, endangerment of human life and ultimately penalties including heavy fines and possible imprisonment. Racking does not collapse over a lengthy period of time; once failure occurs the collapse is instantaneous.
