The Ladder Safety Poster has been created to promote awareness of safe ladder use and to reinforce the importance of completing pre-use inspections. Designed to work alongside the Good to Go Safety Ladder Inspection System, this poster provides a clear, visual reminder for employees to perform thorough checks before using any ladder. It highlights the critical components included in the inspection checklists, helping staff recognise potential hazards and understand exactly what needs to be examined to maintain a safe working environment.

Falls from ladders remain a significant cause of workplace injuries. Regular inspections, combined with proper training, are essential for spotting defects, wear, or damage early, preventing accidents and costly repairs. By displaying this poster in key areas, employers can encourage a consistent safety-first mindset and ensure that all operatives follow correct ladder inspection procedures every time.

Crafted from robust, wipe-clean synthetic material, this poster is designed to withstand harsh workplace conditions, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor display. Its flexible construction allows it to be rolled up for storage without risk of tearing or curling. It can be mounted using pins, tape, adhesive, or framed for added prominence and long-term visibility.

This poster is a valuable addition to any workplace ladder safety program. It not only helps maintain high safety standards but also supports compliance with the Work at Height Regulations (WAHR) by reminding operators to perform and record pre-use inspections, promoting a proactive approach to ladder safety.

Dimensions: 420 x 594 mm (A2)
Material: 110gsm high-density polyethylene

This poster states:
Falls from height remain the most common reason for worldwide workplace fatalities. With ladders accounting for a third of all fall from height workplace incidents it is essential that all ladders be checked prior to use under PUWER (The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) to identify any faults or general wear or tear. Ladder inspections can prevent a fall from height and in turn save lives. Every year in the United Kingdom, an average of 14 fatalities and 1200 major injuries are a result of falls from ladders.
